Loose Applications Do you have some loose applications you have collected over the past months from some of your scouts and adult leaders? If so, please bring them in to the Council office on Harry Hines Blvd as soon as possible. It is important that those applications are processed in a timely manner. It gets the ball rolling on getting these scouts their Boy's Life subscriptions, it gets them in the loop on Council mailings, and it covers them with BSA insurance. So if you have some loose applications please bring them in and get them processed as soon as possible. If you have questions or need assistance please call |
In The Media Western Star is in the news. If you happen to be around any of the Scouting events and your picture is taken or your Scouts' picture is taken then the district needs to have a Talent Release Form signed before the pictures can be released for print. Please help our Media Chairperson by downloading this form now and then send it in to or DE or to or Media Chairperson so that you too can be in the news. If you have questions or need assistance please call |

Volunteers Needed - You can Help Here are the positions we have in our district that need your support. Donate some time to help grow a Scout. EMS duties at District Outdoor events. An EMT would be the absolute minimum requirement. A paramedic, nurse, or doctor. would be great. Most of the time this person would be able to sleep in the respective Health Lodge at the camp. Webeloree would be an exception, but Baloo, IOLS, Camporee would have Health Lodge privileges. |
